In the role of Business Banking Manager**,** **_you_** will join the **Business Banking team** that’s doubling down on **_customer obsession._**

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Work closely with Brokers to assess economic value and risk potential of new business.
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities.
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in the local market.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals with the support of our associate team.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- A genuine passion for customer service, which is demonstrated by consistently going above and beyond.
- Strong Sales focus coupled with deep commercial acumen.
- Can do attitude that thrives in a high pressure & fast paced environment.
- Strong prior demonstrated experience within business and/or credit assessment.
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of brokers and stakeholders internally and externally.
