Our Inventory Executive position is based in Sydney, and reports into the S&OP Manager, partnering with the supply chain team to drive operational excellence.

Your role is critical to the process of managing excise and duty payments, and will work closely with our 3PL providers to ensure Bacardi comply to the Inventory policy, and cost is minimised across the Australian supply chain network.

**Responsibilities**:
**With our consumers at the heart, your key focus will be**:

- 3PL Management
- Accountability for maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy across our network
- Management of the Third-Party Logistics provider (Bevchain-Linfox) to achieve DIFOT KPI’s
- Excise and Duty
- Oversee the bond system management to ensure compliance at all levels with government regulation.
- Weekly processing of the custom’s weekly settlement report and payments
- Managing the Customs agent / freight forwarder
- Managing the CPI prepayments, when required
- Accountability for the FICA and Trusted Trader programs
- Sales and Operational Execution (S&OE)
- Inventory balancing across the warehouse network, including network optimisation.
- Reporting of the Goods receipt processing time into the S&OE
- Accountability for the reporting of slow moving & obsolete inventory out of the supply chain.
- Accountability for inventory reporting to all levels of the business

Skills and Experience

- Experience with or exposure in production or production planning
- Experience in an SAP inventory environment
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- People management experience
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and lead with optimism.
- Experience with Innovation and project management
- Team leadership experience
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
