What’s on offer: We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Manager to join a growing Fabrication Company in the Northern Gold Coast of Queensland.

Ongoing work Full-time hours Immediate start

**Main Duties Include but are not Limited to**:

- Ensure Manufacturing processes are run effectively and efficiently
- Supervise Warehouse Staff and allocate Labour resources
- Drive improvement through process innovation and staff development
- Assessing project requirements
- Estimating and negotiating budgets
- Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Maintaining a tidy and safe Warehouse
- Organising production schedules
- Running receipt of deliveries and reporting damages
- Delivery of quality product on time to clients
- Interpersonal interaction with stakeholders
- Working independently where required but within a team environment
- Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety practices

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **MUST **have previous experience in a similar background
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, plan and organise workloads, and achieve specified outcomes within a limited timeframe
- Be well presented, professional and friendly with clients, stakeholders and co-workers
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of communication skills including listening, verbal and written
