**About the company**:
Our client is a Global Beverage manufacturing organisation with a strong presence in the Australian and Global markets. They are seeking to appoint a Laboratory Technician. This position is located in Derrimut.

This role is a maternity leave cover with the view to extend the contract after.

These roles will involve 12-hour day shifts working 6am to 6 pm on a 7 day fortnight.
- Week 1: Mon, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Production supervisor, your duties may include:

- Collecting samples during the brewing process and performing a variety of tests including water testing
- Acidity, Brix and pH testing of beverage samples
- Maintaining batch documentation
- Following regulations and SOP’s to GMP standards
- Maintaining safety

- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
