About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to coordinate the payroll and rostering processes for the Food Service department utilising established rosters and payroll processes, assist with the coordination and supervision of Food Services to ensure a high standard of Food Services is achieved in accordance with current operating model, governance, standards including relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
About you
- Maintain an appropriate rostering template utilising MyHR or IWFM to ensure that budget integrity is maintained at all times.
- Coordinate staff pay queries and requests for staff leave, seeking approval from the Site Coordinator as per established workplace instructions.
- Assist Supervisors in filling emergent leave on a daily basis and ensure staff attendance records are accurately completed.
- Responsible for managing casual recruitment processes in consultation with Coordinator.
- Oversee the amendments of duty statement processes for all positions within Food Services in consultation with the Coordinator.
