**What You’ll Do**:

- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
- Create and optimise delivery routes for speed and efficiency.
- Oversee stock levels and ensure timely restocking.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with care.
- Support, train and inspire your team.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
- Tackle day-to-day operational tasks with a proactive approach.
