This role(s) requires an experienced person with excellent communication skills. A high level of capability in drafting and editing technical content and capturing compelling solutions is essential. Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Writing and production of compliant and compelling client-focused bid submissions, presentations and other bid and new business-related content aligned to agreed bid strategies
- Working with SMEs to develop attributes for submissions, with time and effort right-sized for the value, complexity and procurement method engaged
- Compiling all required documentation (including schedules, price and commercial responses etc.) to ensure complete, compliant submissions
- Preparing bid writing plans, liaising with contributors to ensure timely input and completion of tender sections
- Contributing to the development of win strategies and ensuring they are clearly articulated and backed up by evidence throughout our submission
- Working with graphic designers to devise submission look and feel and visual content to enhance and support written responses.

**Important Skills**
- A track record of producing winning tenders and proposals (construction sector experience is desirable, although not essential)
- Ability to work positively with people across a variety of expertise and backgrounds - at the executive level through to on-the-ground delivery staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong command of MS Office tools and Adobe-Pro
- Strong organisational and efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to deadline and manage multiple pieces of work
- Ability to evaluate information quickly, identify key issues and formulate conclusions based on sound, practical judgement, experience and common sense
- A creative and innovative mindset with the confidence to challenge and extend thinking, contributing to the development of winning concepts and solutions
- A flexible approach with a willingness to ‘muck’ in as required to get the job done
- A strong research ethos driven by innate curiosity.
