**Civil Draftsperson - Ventia**

**Ventia **are seeking an experienced **Civil Draftsperson** to join the friendly and fast paced team at our **Canning Vale office.**

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Civil drafting
- Minimum 3-years drafting experience in 2D & 3D civil design and drafting.
- Experience with BIM systems (desirable)
- Competency in Revit CAD software with 3 years minimum experience.
- Competency in MS Professional suite
- Attention to detail in producing high detail and quality engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Current manual driver's license

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Producing 2D & 3D Revit drawings as required according to mark-ups provided by engineers and the design team
- Produce supporting project documents as required
- Organise and maintain Revit files and filing systems
- Liaise with clients, contractors & team for the submission and retrieval of documentation
- Liaise with clients, contractors & team on site to produce accurate as built drawings
- Coordinate the collection of data and incorporate into drawings
- Producing new drawings and/or revise existing drawings
- Ensure meeting with internal and external customer requirements
- Seek alternative options continuously that deliver cost reduction or performance improvements to the project
- Aim to improve service delivery
