**About Our Client**
Join a large government organisation located in Bankstown and have an important frontline service role within a central business unit.

Our client operates a large, shared service centre, delivering vocational education and training. They upskill over 500,000 students each year on their campus, workplace, online and through distance education methods.

This organisation is seeking a motivated and reliable problem-solver that can deliver excellent customer service during their peak activity period.

**Your New Role**
As a Customer Service Officer, you will have the opportunity to:

- Deliver a high-level quality of customer service daily by resolving general enquiries and information requests from internal customers on matters relating to course inquiries
- Consult with the team and supervisor when dealing with complex enquiries or requests, and escalate when required
- Process data efficiently and accurately to maintain the management of records
- Work in a fast-paced environment utilising inbound and outbound channels of communication

**What will help you succeed**
To be successful in this position you should:

- Effective listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solve, think critically about work tasks, and seek clarification when unsure
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and show commitment to completing assigned work activities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Experience within a contact center or customer service role is essential
- Hold a valid working with children check (WWCC)
