**The Company**

Our client is an iconic manufacturing business whose market leading products supply to large infrastructure companys nationally. They are an industry pioneer with a proud and rich history who have continued to grow through innovation and diversification of their product range and offerings. As they continue to grow and expand, there is now an opportunity for a highly commercial finance leader to join the business as Head of Finance.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to CFO and partnering closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial and commercial support across the business. Leading a large, and highly capable team, you will be an integral leader of finance playing a key role in the development and execution of strategy. You will lead teams across financial control, FP&A, shared services and through your teams you will produce timely and meaningful insights to support decision making. As a key part of commercial negotiations, you will ensure the business continues to grow in a sustainable manner whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction remain.

CA/CPA qualified, you are likely a proven commercial finance leader with demonstrated success leading, mentoring and developing high performing teams. You will have a strong technical understanding combined with demonstrated strategic and commercial awareness. You will have significant experience within a complex FMCG or manufacturing environment and will be a proactive and strategic leader who is equally adept at engaging and influencing at the executive level as you are with operations.
