**About the Opportunity**:
We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate and customer-service centric individual to join our amazing Customer Experience team in the role of Call Centre Customer Service Representative on a full time basis at our HQ in Brisbane, Archerfield.

Please note to be considered for this position you must be able to work a rotating roster inclusive of weekends and evening shifts ( 9.00pm finish) as required.

**Some of the things you will do**:

- Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcome for our customers
- Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into a forever raving fans
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time efficient manner

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Great attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
- Excellent technology skills & the ability to adapt quickly to new systems/processes
- Flexible availability to work
