**What role is on offer?**
We are recruiting an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to be a part of the state of the art Luxury dealership located on the Inner West of Sydney. This site offers the opportunity to maximise your income whilst being part of an ultra supportive Service team.

**What are the main duties in the role?**
- Providing professional customer service
- Selling service, parts and accessories to guests
- Ensuring all your guests Service experiences are positive
- Professional handover your guests vehicles
- Deliver a high level of productivity
- Meeting the dealerships service KPI's & manufacturer's satisfaction standards

**What skill set and attributes are preferred?**
- Proven track record as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Experience working for a Prestige Brand is advantageous but not essential
- Deliver 5 star customer service
- Are comfortable with up-selling to maximise dollars per RO
- Good knowledge & understanding of modern automotive systems
- Polished, upbeat and friendly communication
- Professional presentation is essential
- Current NSW drivers licence
