Currently we are looking for an **Assistant Sales Manager** to join the team at **Audi Five Dock**.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage all dealership activities in the absence of the GM.
- Assist with Sales Training
- Help deliver and monitor effective sales plans and KPI’s to the teams.
- Work collaboratively with other departments including service, part finance and accessories.
- Ensure the team provide, friendly, helpful and accurate customer service and advice to customers at all times.
- Keep abreast of market changes and maintain product knowledge.
- Assist in the recruitment and ongoing training of the sales team.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role with Audi or similar brand.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A proven track record in working to KPI’s and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to use the dealerships CRM programs.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- A Full NSW Drivers Licence.
