**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
- Take customer orders and process transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to meet the Sonny's standards
- Maintain a clean and organised front of house area
- Engage in positive interactions with customers to enhance their experience

**Requirements**:

- Positive, outgoing and friendly attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable making conversation with customers
- Previous experience in coffee preparation (preferred)
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week

- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
