Our client is a
**global industry leader in Financial Markets**. An exciting opportunity has recently become available to join their Client Service team of high performing individuals with a passion for Stockbroking.

Working as part of a
**fun and social team,** you will be provided with a
**supportive environment **and
**ongoing training **to expand your practical knowledge across a range of financial products.

**Your new role**:
Your responsibilities will include:

- Consult on client trading enquiries and build rapport.
- Update customer details and ensure information accurately updated in relevant systems.
- Develop understanding of various financial products such as: shares, CFDs, EFTs, crypto, etc.
- Educate clients on product offerings and process in order to resolve queries effortlessly.
- Accountability for performance and development

- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organisation skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A strong team player approach and the desire to assist others.

**This role will be based in their Chatswood office and offers hybrid working.**
