**About the Role**
As the Application Consultant you will work closely with the the sales team and Your clients will include Orthopaedic Surgeons, Spinal and Neuro surgeons and engineering teams across Sydney.
- Consult with customers and staff in proper use of the equipment
- Provide on-site guidance and assistance to customers during treatment, maximizing efficiency and usage
- Perform installation and service of products
- Independently perform routine troubleshooting and repairs
- Educate/train customers on the use of products and services
- Field customer questions/requests: Investigate and resolve issues consistent with established policies and procedures
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues
- Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance
- Deliver high level customer service
- Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams

**About You**
- Biomedical Engineering degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years' experience in a clinical or similar role
- Full Australian drivers license and willingness to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Developed time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
- Willingness to learn and continually develop product and technical knowledge
- Recent biomedical graduates are encouraged to apply

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Package**: $70-80K base + Super + 18k Car Allowance plus fuel card + Bonus

**Location: Sydney**

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday (flexibility required based on business needs)
