As our new Consultant, you’ll work with our Advisory team under Commercial Program Delivery, where you will be a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients. Your role will be to develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future.

You’ll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you’ll do:
- Work alongside clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to help make them happen. Whether it’s process improvement, supply chain optimisation or back office transformation, you’ll help turn your recommendations into results for your clients.- Solve complex business problems and collaborate with client teams to achieve results.- Be open and enthusiastic to travel and work with local client teams.

What are we looking for from you?

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

Alongside your industry experience in Sourcing and Procurement, Supply Chain and Logistics or equivalent roles, you’ll also- Be strong individuals with an effective mix of strategy and industry experience.- Have a demonstrable track record of delivering value to clients.- Have an engineering, mining, oil and gas background or experience in a safety-critical environment.- Be A leader of communities, with experience leading medium to large organisations within Contracts & Procurement, Supply Chain and/or Logistics functions.- Experience in leading continuous improvement and driving organisational change efforts.- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and an ability to build effective relationships.- Management consulting skills and toolkits are preferred but not necessary.
