**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to promote and expand VETRO pathways, ensuring strategic alignment with TAFE SA’s mission and goals.
- Act as a key contact for resolving complex issues in service delivery, providing strategic insights and support for continuous service enhancement.
- Utilize strong business development skills to identify and implement new opportunities within the VETRO framework.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and business cases for executives, offering expert guidance on key service initiatives and improvements.
- Proven experience in business development and stakeholder engagement, ideally within an educational or vocational training environment.
- Strong background in operational and strategic process improvement, with a focus on delivering streamlined, high-quality services.
- Deep knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and familiarity with relevant quality standards and policy frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex information and provide high-level, strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for teamwork, negotiation, and report writing.
- A proactive, independent work ethic, adept at managing priorities and driving positive change in service delivery.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out of hour’s work may be required during peak periods in line with business needs.
- The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
- Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
