**Client Services / Administrative Assistant**
We are looking for a Client Services / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Officer/Administration Assistant to join our business, to provide client relationship and team support. This would be a good opportunity for an individual looking to take a step forward in their career, in a financial planning industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with clients and industry participants
- Prepare client documentation for meetings
- Assist with workflow management
- Database maintenance
- Website, social media and newsletter management
- Conduct compliance checks, ensuring policy and procedures are adhered to
- General administrative support i.e. scanning, filing etc.
**Ideally, you will**:
- Have completed your Diploma of Financial Panning (RG146 Compliant) (or working towards) desirable
- Have at least 1 years’ experience in a financial planning office
- Have Xplan knowledge
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- Have experience being responsible for the implementation of advice recommendations
- Be a team player who is able to form relationships easily with others
- Have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Be a problem solver, with exceptional attention to detail to produce high quality work
- Be comfortable multi-tasking and with supporting the business as required
- Have a keen attention to detail and excellent time-management skills

**Salary**: $45,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
