RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collection of material from warehouse and delivery to site
- Assess site health and safety risks.
- Unloading and installation of material at building site.
- Understand building plans and floor installation layout plans.
- Quantify and estimate costs of repair work, floor preparation and other aspects of installation work
- Clean work area of waste material to designated waste areas.
- Fill out job completion documents and report to Operations & Installation Manager

ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years previous experience with floor installations (floor prep, timber, vinyl)
- Certified III in Carpentry or Flooring
- Self motivated and solutions oriented.
- English speaking
- Physically fit, healthy and able
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lead/train junior installers.
- White card and associated skills certificates.
- Valid drivers license

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
