**About this Opportunity**

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality & CSR Manager - Logistics to join our supply chain team at our Boundary Street office. Reporting to the Head of Logistics you will responsible for driving improvements across the quality and CSR space in Logistics.

Key Responsibilities include:
Quality
- Reporting and Monitoring of Key Quality KPIs to drive Quality, Food Safety, and CSR Improvements.
- Overseas the management of all non-compliance issues and ensures correct processes are followed and corrective actions are implemented
- Ensures the Quality and CSR Improvement Plans for the function are kept updated and actions are closed out on time.
- Actively participates in the Withdrawal and Recall process.
- Ensures all Quality and Food Safety Hazards are identified and controlled.
- Coordinates the GMP improvement program across the sites
- Conducts Leadership Quality Audits to monitor quality risk across the sites
- Review Site Quality Dashboards and help sites understand trends and implement actions where required.
- Works with Site through the Recall process to identify Root Cause

CSR
- Manage the CSR obligations of logistics to support the global Lactalis CSR ambitions
- Co-ordinate plans and initiatives across logistics to lower carbon and achieve CSR goals as per Lactalis global set timeframes
- Data analysis and monitoring for weekly/monthly reporting locally and globally
- Advising and supporting LOGISTICS sites and leadership team on all matters relating to quality and CSR

You will be driven and collaborative, have strong analysis skills and actively seek out industry best practice.
