**About the Role**:
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Years, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records related to student attendance, behaviour, and academic progress.
- Coordinate communication between the Year Head, teaching staff, students, and parents/guardians.
- Assist in the organisation of events, programs, and initiatives related to student welfare and academic support.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Year Head.
**About You**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and establish positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
