We are seeking **Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Trainees** with warm and positive personalities to join Royal Freemasons. You will be employed by Royal Freemasons and attend on-site learning as well as on-line learning to offer a work-life study balance.

1 day a week online learning**:

- **2 days a week on-site work (15 hours per week)**:

- ** Ability to pick up more shifts across 7 days per week**:

- ** Course completed in 10 months (approximately)**:

- ** Commencing end of July and August intakes**

**PCA ROLE DETAILS**:
Royal Freemasons **Personal Care Assistants** encourage residents to live long and healthy lives. Your role entails providing a caring, compassionate and patient interaction with older people and can include personal care, hospitality and housekeeping support.

We offer a great team to work with and a supportive working environment.

**Key Requirements**
- Able to work part time and commence at 7am for on-site learning days
- Dedicate 9-10 months to obtain qualification
- Warm, kind and empathetic personality
- Able to have access to a computer and internet
- English skills and able to understand basic arithmetic (maths)
- Covid-19 vaccine evidence (mandatory - 2 + booster = 3)
- NDIS Workers Screening Check or happy to obtain one
