**Direct Care Worker (In-Home Care)**
- Work close to home on a readily available regular roster.
- Flexible start and finish times to support work / life balance.
- Safety Beach, Mt Martha, Merricks, Flinders, Fingal and surrounding areas

**Essential criteria**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability or completion of first year Bachelor of Nursing studies and First Aid Level 2.
- Current driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
- A Smartphone.
- Ability to relate to older people and flexibility around the changing needs of clients.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Current WWC Card and an interest in working with children with complex needs.
