- Pivotal role in supporting private benefaction programs that help preserve and enrich one of Australia’s most treasured cultural institutions.
- Temporary full-time for a period of 24 months with the possibility of extension and/or ongoing employment
- Competitive remuneration package up to $124,992 p.a. (package includes salary between $99,938 - $110,271 p.a., plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)

**About the Opportunity**

As the Philanthropy Officer, you’ll be at the heart of donor engagement, relationship management, and operational support, contributing to the success of fundraising initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with passionate stakeholders, donors, and partners, while supporting the Foundation’s strategic goals through high-level business and engagement support.

Some key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, members, and partners, responding to complex enquiries with professionalism and care.
- Manage and maintain the Foundation’s CRM database, ensuring donor records are accurate and accessible.
- Prepare financial documentation and reports, including receipting gifts, running financial reports, and assisting with reconciliations and budgeting.

- Admin experience in a fundraising operation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Strong administrative and database management experience, ideally with CRM systems.
- Financial acumen and experience in financial reporting and compliance obligations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience in event planning and donor communications.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence in service delivery.
