A highly successful contemporary Australian not-for-profit (NFP) organisation, providing quality employment, training, occupational rehabilitation, and allied health services to disadvantaged members of the community through a range of programs.
With significant growth experienced and planned, the People & Capability team is integral in driving and implementing processes & practices that will aid performance and ensure an outstanding employee experience.
**_Your next role:_**
Where purpose and enriching the community through vocational outcomes sit central to the organisations vision, leading a team that can inspire those that inspire these outcomes is integral to the on-going success.
As a responsive facilitator of change and a key element in the execution of strategic imperatives, you will action organisational development initiatives and best practices across the complete employee lifecycle including;
- Working in unison with Leadership on future state workforce plans
- Identifying opportunities in capability and knowledge, actioning initiatives to address
- Effectuating talent pipeline, retention and management activities
- A key escalation point on HR/ER/IR matters and policy direction
- Supporting the new capability framework and integration into all learning & development activities
- Execute creative strategies to foster the organisations diversity and inclusion priorities
- Work with senior stakeholders to define and execute corporate or divisional change programs
- Oversight of HR Governance & protocols minimising risks to staff and organisation
Part of the Strategy & People group, with a direct reporting line to the ELT, your community of practices including HR Operations, L&D/OD, R&B/Payroll and WHS will need a clear plan, visible leader and supportive environment that celebrates innovation, collaboration, adaptability, and excellence.

Tertiary qualified in HR, Business or related fields, this opportunity will suit an executive committed to lifelong learning, a passion to lead, the ability to relate to people and critically understands the role of talent in creating future growth.
This group is located in North Melbourne promotes an inclusive and hybrid working environment which combines the benefits of flexible working. Travel is required to work across locations, including interstate, where reasonable and necessary.
