The Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving excellence through quality management? We're seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, implementation, assessment, and oversight of our comprehensive Quality Management framework. This is a national, newly created role and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Lead the establishment of clear companywide quality objectives and guidelines
- Coordinate the company audit schedule
- Develop and conduct quality related training for the business and project teams
- Work with the project delivery teams to ensure quality project outcomes during the entire project lifecycle
- Participate in learning teams and become an internal Learning Teams Specialist.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) as a Quality Manager or Auditor within the construction industry or in a major projects environment
- Excellent understanding of Australian and international auditing standards and project risk assessment practices
- Working knowledge of AS/NZS ISP 9001 quality systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and provide leadership regarding industry best practices and continuous process improvement
- Experience in the use of technology-based solutions that aid in the useability of quality systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within an Australian utility with renewable grid connection desirable
