Architecture Package Lead for High Profile Public

**About this role**:
Unique opportunity for an Architect who is passionate about high quality public & cultural projects. You will join an international collaborative team to see this landmark project through to completion. Strong technical and detailing skills will be desired for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting and resolving details in Revit
- Coordination with team members and services contractors, issuing and answering RFIs
- Attend consultant meetings and communicating key decisions to team
- QA of architectural packages against local building codes/compliance with drafting standards
- Identifying key design and detailing concerns and raising to the design team for review and comment
- Working collaboratively
- Checking shop drawings

**Skills and Experience**
- Architectural qualification (registration not essential)
- Operating at a level equal to 8-10 years' experience on high quality projects including detailed documentation stages
- An interest in innovation technical solutions
- A good design eye
- Experience with coordination
- Experienced Revit user
- A working knowledge of Aconex Workflows
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience on large scale complex projects with quality facades
- Accommodate time difference of offices
