**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on **Maintenance Officer** to help keep our timber yard and warehouse running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, has strong problem-solving skills, and knows their way around tools and machinery.

**Key Duties**:

- Perform general repairs and maintenance across the yard and warehouse
- Use and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain storage racks, fencing, and yard fixtures
- Keep the yard clean, organised, and free of hazards
- Manage waste, offcuts, and bins
- Assist with basic upkeep of equipment
- Operate forklifts safely (if licensed)
- Pickup/ drop off Trucks for service (if Licensed)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience with general repairs and maintenance
- Confident using hand and power tools including chainsaw
- Good organisation and time management
- Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
- Truck license (recommended but not a requirement)
- Physically fit and able to work in and outdoors
- Safety-focused and able to work independently

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- HR Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
