**Okay, we've got you interested. What's the role?**:
We are looking for a full-time dedicated **Account Executive** to develop and build relationships with both prospects and existing customers. We need people who can own the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification through to negotiations and closing deals. As a fast-growing start-up, this person needs to be flexible, passionate and resilient but most of all they must love technology.
You will be joining a global team directly reporting to the Head of Growth, but also working closely with the product development and customer success teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Articulate the Relevance AI value proposition
- Establish professional and deep relationships with both business and data executives
- Deliver demos leveraging the prospect’s data
- Present our platform to business stakeholders focusing on business value and use cases
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals consistently
- Participate in company-growth activities including strategic planning, product direction, marketing, and customer success.
**What are we looking for?**
- 5+ years experience with selling SaaS solutions
- Can demonstrate consistently exceeding sales targets
- Highly driven and self-motivated individual with an execution focus
- C-level verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Understanding of the decision-making process and the ability to influence key decision-makers
- Experience in selling to both business and technical stakeholders
- Must be able to deliver demos to large audiences
- Ability to pivot and be flexible
- Experience in comprehending and delivering ROI/Business Case
**Desirable**
- Experience with selling into CX and customer insight personas
- Have previously worked for a high-growth start-up
**Remote restrictions**:
- Workday must overlap by at least 7 hours with Sydney NSW, Australia
