**The Position**

**St John of God Geelong Hospital** is a 276-bed hospital located in the CBD of Geelong, and is recognised as the leading provider of private health care in the Barwon and South-western region of Victoria. We put patients and their families first by providing quality and compassionate care in a warm and welcoming modern facility.
- We are currently seeking casual
- **Cafe Assistants **to join our Cafe team. In this role you will be providing high quality product and service to all customers and working a variety of shifts. Responsibilities include efficient delivery of customer service and all general cleaning of the Hospital cafe.

- Those who are in possession of Certificates I & II in Food Handling, in addition to a Barista Qualification is considered highly regarded.
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Previous food preparation experience.
- Experience within a Café and/or food service environment.
- Ability to work as a team member with excellent work ethics.
- Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- A basic knowledge of all areas of kitchen hygiene.
