About the role
Provide support to Koori people contacting VCAT's Koori Support team for a range of matters including those relating to renting, goods and services disputes and guardianship matters, and note these in our Share point client database.
Respond to our Koori Helpline, assisting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to use the VCAT website including VCAT's Koori Support webpage and relevant referral paths.
Be a good record keeper with an ability to extract data from VCAT's case management systems in order to provide basic reports on Koori people's use of VCAT's processes.
About you
As a caring people person experienced in helping Koori people find information when they need it, join VCAT's Koori Support team as a first point of contact person helping inform Koori community members to navigate their VCAT journey.
You will be a methodical person who likes the structure of following processes. If you are keen to learn more about working with databases and turning data reports into visual presentations, you would be very suited to this role.
