**Nicholas Howard** is delighted to be recruiting for the permanent role of Team PA for our client who is a leading law firm in the city centre. The role is full time and available on a hybrid basis, requiring the job holder to be in the office 4 days a week.

Working across various teams, you will be a key member of the team acting as a key point of contact for clients and third parties involved in legal matters. You’ll work closely with fee-earners to support them with any administrative, secretarial and non-billable tasks as well as working hard to provide exceptional client service.

**Job Role**:

- Communicating with clients and third parties on behalf of partners and other fee-earners in the Private Client teams.
- Undertaking some legal tasks such as court forms.
- Supporting in the preparation of court bundles.
- Managing fee-earner diaries, booking travel arrangements, preparing agendas and minute taking.
- Coordinating the billing process to be as efficient and effective as possible.
- Opening and closing files, and dealing with all matter maintenance.
