This is a long-term contract up for 6 months with 2x6 months extension options, located at our Client's **Canberra** location.
- Working with business and technical teams to map user journeys, identify business process pain points, and provide solutions to meet business needs.
- Working in a small multi-disciplinary team and independently to develop guidance to provide clarity and direction to the Program to deliver consistent and connected experiences.
- Draft high level artefacts including user experience templates, user journeys and data flows.
- Undertake user research and accessibility studies.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver common patterns and templates including facilitation of workshops to define and agree successful outputs.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Experience as a content designer on large-scale digital transformation programs
- Strong track record working in an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to understand and think critically about problems and find practical solutions
