**6 months **contract** role with possible extension.**:

- **Daily pay rate up to $650/day + Super.**:

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will lead proactive talent sourcing and inform critical strategic workforce initiatives and projects across the Workforce.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Partner closely with stakeholders to develop new and innovative approaches to inform best practice school-based recruitment, in compliance with the existing legislative frameworks.
- Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to develop innovative sourcing strategies, in accordance with legislative and related business reforms.
- Undertake research and analysis, across state and international jurisdictions to inform School workforce sourcing strategies.
- Analyse a range of complex data and information, to inform best proactive approaches and process improvements.
- Build and sustain an understanding of existing technologies and methodologies to enable better identification of opportunities to improve the delivery of efficient and effective service.
- Foster and build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gain support for the implementation of business reforms and to increase staff commitment to service delivery.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Workforce planning experience would be ideal.
- Resource planning/management and strategy development experience is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience covering a broad range of HR aspects.
- Looking for 5 years of experience in HR roles or similar.
- Government experience is preferred, but not required.
