Baker Bleu is seeking a highly driven Barista to join our team.

We are after someone with excellent communication skills, who can be warm and welcoming during a busy day while pumping out consistently awesome brews

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a head barista/cafe supervisor, working with specialty coffee.
- Work well under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Be part of and help to foster a positive customer focused work place.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $30.10 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
