- **We are on the hunt for a customer service/warehousing specialist to join our client's manufacturing plant**

Our client is one of Australian's largest coating manufacturer supplying epoxy & other protective / decorative coatings online to the retail market. They have a rapidly growing facility located in the South Western Sydney and are looking for customer service/warehousing specialists to join their day shift with full-time working hours.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Answering customer's enquiries
- Building existing client relationships through regular contact and follow-up
- Making outbound calls to establish new client relationships
- Lead validation and research
- Light warehouse duties including unloading stock and packing orders
- Assisting customers with training, product knowledge and information
- Working within and assisting with company training courses

**Skills and Experience**

If you are an enthusiastic professional with excellent face to face customer service skills and have a great telephone manner then we would like to hear from you.
- Previous customer service experience essential
- Sales, quoting and trade experience are highly regarded
- Proficient computer skills
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Enthusiastic and helpful nature
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
