Overview:
We are seeking an Account Executive / Manager reporting to our Sydney, NSW office in Frost & Sullivan’s growing Australia and New Zealand Practice.

Virtually all companies today are going through a cycle of disruption, collapse and transformation.

**Responsibilities**:

- The primary focus of the position is prospecting, qualifying, generating and closing sales.
- Business development and client engagement.
- The role requires the Account Executive / Manager to generate demand and awareness of our products and services across a broad portfolio of clients in the Australia and New Zealand region.
- Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets and activity quotas
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of viable opportunities that will generate such sales, measured against 30,60- and 90-day pipeline measurements
- Develop a sufficient understanding over time of the clients and the industry sectors that they are a part of
- Enter documentation regarding all client activities and communications into a company CRM in an accurate and timely manner
- Own all aspects of the sale including qualifying activities and client meetings, needs assessments, delivering formal presentations and proposals, and closing new business

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years sales experience in a professional services sector
- University degree
- Experience in sales prospecting, determining client needs through a consultative selling approach and generating new business opportunities for Frost & Sullivan based on applicable services and capabilities (research subscriptions, consulting, and marketing solutions)
- Ability to professionally communicate and engage with high-profile clients through excellent oral and written communication skills
- Are Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
- Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards
- Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
