**What You'll Be Working On**

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Completing costings for Admin, Sales, and Prestart staff as requested
- Consistently achieving production targets, KPIs, and timeframes to ensure project success
- Processing preliminary works contracts in preparation for lump sum building contracts
- Handling feasibility costings, budget and cost estimates, and tender preparation
- Maintaining margins at pre-determined company benchmarks to optimize profitability
- Assisting management in maintaining pricing strategies, pricing template development, and price books
- Building and nurturing relationships with commercial contractors and suppliers to foster collaboration

**Who Will Be Successful**

- Strong commercial and residential construction knowledge to ensure accurate costings
- Demonstrated leadership qualities in team development, training and people management
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail for precise estimations

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, reports, plans, and specifications to understand project requirements
- Knowledge of on-site construction workflows to factor in all cost elements
