**The opportunity**

This role will have end to end responsibility for delivering digital content across all our channels, including web, member online and our mobile app. From general website copy to campaign micro-copy, you’ll collaborate across teams to create exceptional, useful content to improve the experience of our members and help with the conversion of prospective members.
- Ensuring UniSuper website content meets all compliance obligations, remains current, useable and adheres to digital best practice and WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.
- Reviewing or writing content to be published on any of our digital channels
- Recommending page hierarchy, titles, meta and user journeys and being able to articulate reasons why to stakeholders
- Using analytics, insights, or research to optimise content
- Implementing SEO recommendations from the UX Content Lead and our agencies

**About you**
- Strong knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework governing the superannuation, funds management or Strong editorial and writing skills
- Experience in delivering successful, data driven UX content across different digital platforms (websites, apps, member portals etc.)
- Knowledge and/or experience of superannuation, financial services, or the higher education sector
- Ability to operate strategically and tactfully, with strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Sitecore (or another CMS)
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and authoring in Sitecore
- Ability to create flowcharts, basic wireframes, and other visuals in Figma
