**About the role**

As a Technical Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing our technical systems and processes to optimize grape production. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine a passion for R&D and innovation, with a love for vineyards, contributing to the success of our renowned wines.
- Maintain compliance with TWE HSE Standards
- Operational supervision and management of company vineyards
- Supporting vineyard technical programs and projects
- Assisting Vineyard Managers and other stakeholders to identify challenges, needs and opportunities.

**About you**

You will be someone who loves the outdoors and has a passion for viticulture. As a technical officer you will be up to date with current innovation and insights. You will also be able to manage supervision of people, sites and be organized to meet deadlines. As well as be open to usage of new technology and systems, including AI, robotics and spatial data/maps.
- Tertiary qualifications in Viticulture, Science, or a closely related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Able to withstand moderately physical demanding viticultural tasks
- Able to lead a team, as well as to work well within one.
- Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills.
