Director / Associate Director - Commercial Advisory

Within Infrastructure, Assets and Places, our Commercial Advisory and Transactions team specialises in social infrastructure, transport, energy, defence, mining, oil and gas and real estate. The team supports our clients with:

- Strategic commercial and financial advisory to inform project scope, planning and procurement
- Analysis to inform business case and investment decisions
- Commercial, financial and transaction management advisory during a project’s procurement phase
- Strategic, commercial and financial advisory during project delivery and operations

Our strategic approach and commercial knowledge shapes projects from the outset and ensures they are financially and socially successful when delivered.

Forming a part of the Commercial Advisory and Transactions Team, in the role of Director or Associate Director, you will play a key role in building our Place, Housing and Social Infrastructure opportunities in the market and helping shape and lead our amazing teams by:

- Bringing your market brand and industry experience to secure and support new and existing opportunities.
- Simplifying and shaping complex client and market situations into simple and succinct strategies.
- Supporting the development of our rapidly growing team in line with KPMG’s purpose and values

Providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice and, financial modelling for our Place, Housing and Social Infrastructure clients.

**Your Experience**

- Purpose-driven with a passion for urban renewal and infrastructure projects
- Experience or interest ininfrastructure policy and planning, urban economics, financial modelling, data modelling and technology developments
- The ability to prepare and present client deliverables, including reports and presentations, financial analysis, proposals and tender documentation.
- Relevant professional experience likely gained in an Engineering firm, management consultancy, corporate advisor, investment bank, project finance team of a commercial bank, infrastructure fund, Chartered Accounting firm, law firm, construction firm or within Government.
