THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is a fantastic chance to join our casual pool as an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including functions, where your skills in delivering exceptional service and handling multiple tasks will be highly valued. If you take pride in your craft, enjoy working with people, and thrive on keeping customers happy, this role is perfect for you.

THE POSITION:

  • Thrive in a high-energy environment, including functions and events
  • Confidently carry up to 3 plates and deliver food and beverages with professionalism and speed
  • Provide friendly, personalized service to all customers
  • Support basic food prep and assist the team as needed
  • Ensure smooth service during busy periods and events

THE PERSON:

  • Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience, with functions experience highly desirable
  • Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Must hold a valid RSA and National Police Check (NPC)
  • Available weekdays, with some Saturdays as required
  • Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong work ethic, flexible attitude, and ability to multitask under pressure
