Food and Beverage Attendant
- FIFO from Adelaide to Olympic Dam or DIDO for locals
- Available for an immediate start
- All flights, accommodation & meals provided

ESS provides a home away from home for people working in remote mining villages. We provide the hospitality solutions to ensure all guests are getting the comforts of home even in isolated locations.

ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.

**The Role**
- Must have Barista coffee making skills
- This is a high-volume position, grinding up to 5 kg per day, in both takeaway
- Cash handling and knowledge of micros POS system
- Customer service
- Cleaning duties in service areas
- Be able to work unsupervised and alone
- Calibrating the espresso machine to optimise quality of the product
- Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency

**The person**:

- Full Australian Driver’s License (preferably)
- Barista Certificates is a must
- Ready and able to work long shifts (11-12 hours a day)
- Have good level of fitness
- Be able to be work remotely
