**The Role**
- At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences.
- Concierge are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed reservations or recommendations. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options.

**Qualifications**:

- A genuine interest and passion for providing customer service
- Basic Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office with preferably some knowledge of Opera
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including late evenings, weekends, overnights and public holidays
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone communication skills and/or interpersonal skills interacting with guests
