We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Support Officer to join a well-recognised executive agency of the Australian government as an integral part of the recruitment team. This position supports a busy, professional, and results-orientated Recruitment team, providing resourcing services to a large transformational IT program. The role involves end-to-end recruitment process coordination from scheduling interviews to on-boarding and undertaking the required administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include;
- Schedule meetings of senior program staff to align with recruitment activities
- Support the on-boarding of new employees and contractors
- liaise with a range of corporate services
- offer support for new staff to ensure a compliant and quality experience during their initial transition
- Coordination of a range of support functions, including security clearances, organisation chart/staff list maintenance, accommodation and off boarding logistics.
- Ensure new contractors and employees have the necessary hardware and software to commence work in their roles

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with a supportive team in a high brand value organisation. You must possess effective interpersonal communication and stake holder management skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and produce documents to a high standard. You will have previous experience ideally within a similar sector and be comfortable working with various computer programs at an intermediate level. To be considered for this role, you will need to have an Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain a government clearance.
