Community Operations is the heart and soul of our

**About The Role**:
Regulatory Support (RS) is a critical function within Community Operations, and is crucial to the ongoing compliance and safety operations of our business. RS Specialists help Uber to meet our local regulatory compliance requirements. RS uses several information channels to identify and report notifiable incidents to regulators, as well as respond to detailed requests for information from regulators.

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help build, support and scale our regulatory compliance for APAC. This role comes with a heavy focus on data analysis, process improvement and technical project management. The Data Analyst will be operating in a regulated environment and advocating passionately on behalf of our community to influence the overall customer experience.

**Your Impact in Role**:

- **Operationalise and Continuous Improvement of BAU Processes**:Ensuring that all queries, tools and processes run smoothly as part of BAU for Regulatory Support. Continuously improve on processes and documentation to ensure all our processes are auditable and maintainable.
- ** Complex Project Management**:Lead complex projects with multiple collaborators across teams and timezones
- ** Data Analysis**:Accurate and timely generate periodic and ad hoc reports and analysis through SQL, Google Sheets etc

**The Experience You’ll Bring**:

- **Data analytics expertise**:Ability to extract data and generate insights using SQL, spreadsheets and other data analysis tools
- ** Excellent partner management**:You’ll need to engage and obtain consensus from business leader across the organisation with Clear communication of progress to the business
- ** Strong Problem Solving**:Able to recognise when a project or BAU may fall behind and able to quickly develop contingencies and workarounds.
- ** Project Management**:Ability to lead and manage end to end on a complex project with multiple team members. Able to raise and bring up potential risks in project decisions.
