**Job description**

Always Care Services is a Registered NDIS provider offering support services for people with disability. We are looking to hire 10 Disability Support Workers/Staff

Tasks and Duties are but not limited to.
- Accompanying aged and disabled persons during daily activities
- Assisting clients with their mobility
- Preparing food for clients
- Arranging social activities
- Performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming and cleaning
- Assisting in personal hygiene and dressing
- Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
- This is a Full-time Position and a current South Australian Driver’s License is essential.
- A flexible approach to working hours is required.

Requirements:
**To be considered for a position of Disability Support Worker with Always care Services, you must have**:

- Certificate III or higher in Individual support, Aged Care, Disability Services or Community Services
- Current DHS Disability Clearance or NDIS Workers Check
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Manual Handling Certificate
- Unrestricted Driver's License
- Medication Assistance Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation, Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals and Supporting Effective Communication certificates
- Vaccination Proof

**Job Type**: Full time -38 hours per week

**Salary**: AU $66,000.00 - $72,000 per year+ Super (depending on experience )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
