**About the role**

Work at our Rockingham Office as a Scheduler on a permanent full-time basis.

This role helps older people in the community to maintain their independence at home by working to match support staff to client’s needs. Specifically supporting our clients by responding to calls, requests and enquiries well as providing rosters to staff, keeping staff records up to date and communicating with clients and support workers.

**About you**

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving. You’ll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service along with:

- Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent is desirable
- Rostering experience, ideally in an at home care setting
- Be available to participate in the on-call and weekend rotating roster
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to use your initiative and problem-solving skills
- Covid and influenza vaccination is preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
