**Our Engineering, Asset & Project delivery team brings together integrated technical and professional skills to deliver results that are aligned with their organisation's value framework, operational context, and risk management appetite. Physical asset portfolios must be well managed to achieve financial, functional, and social objectives. The pressure to meet growing demands, regulatory compliance, cost constraints, and changing customer expectations is only increasing for capital-intensive organisations. Identifying how significant assets can deliver more for stakeholders while balancing the cost, risk, and performance, in a sustainable and resilient way is a constant challenge.
Forming part of our Asset Management team, you will play a key role in delivering a holistic approach to managing infrastructure assets for a range of clients across Defence, Maritime, Aviation and broader Infrastructure to support them to deliver better financial and operational results.
**What you'll be doing in your new role:
- You'll be providing advice to support the definition, acquisition and sustainment of complex assets.
- Utilising your ability to identify project-based opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce maintenance costs.
- Proactively driving reliability programs that improve and diagnose an assets operating model.
- Providing regular and reliable reporting for clients to align objectives, set policy, strategies and plans that make the right data available to the right people.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:
- A tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Project Management or other relevant technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in Sustainment, Reliability and Capability Lifecycle Preventative Maintenance programs.
- Experience in project management methodologies, including scope, schedule and risk management, proposal development, financial and commercial aspects.
- You'll have experience delivering operational change through building strong relationships, vision and a proactive oriented delivery style.
- You'll utilise your problem solving skills to address business issues and needs.
- Identify possible opportunities that can add value to the business and share them with senior members of the team.
